Monday-Friday 7:30-8:30 & 4:00-5:15
Saturday 8-9
Sunday 4:00-4:30
Monday Through Friday our Lobby is staffed during our listed hours and you do not need a specific time to drop your animals off unless you need something outside of those listed times. We do require appointments within our windows of time on Saturday and Sunday to help optimize our Staffs' time with the animals.
Off Hours Drop Off/Pickup
If you require a drop-off or pick-up time outside our regular hours, please inform us when making your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that an off-hours fee of $25 may apply. Additionally, if you arrive more than 15 minutes outside your scheduled drop-off or pick-up window on the weekend, a $25 late fee may be charged. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
